About Scitech Lab Services
Headquartered in Pelham, but servicing areas throughout Alabama and Mississippi, SciTech Lab Services is an Alabama State certified refrigeration contractor that specializes in the sales, repair and calibration of a variety of types of lab equipment with a focus on ULT -80C freezers.
President and Owner, Bryan Kautz, holds a BA in Microbiology with 4yrs research bench experience (published first author in JCB) and previously served 4yrs in the US Army as a 52D Power Generation Equipment Repairer that provided him the skillset to naturally migrate into the research service industry in 2003. Incorporating SciTech in 2011 and acquiring Covington Lab Services in 2020, Bryan has continued to stay very busy providing service and equipment to many faithful clients throughout Alabama and Mississippi, even as distant as Kassel, Germany!
